What is Nemes1s?

Nemes1s is one place for programs, interactive Wheels, account features, supporter progress and session information. You can browse most of the site without an account. An account becomes useful when you want licences, saved cosmetics, progress, notifications or a public profile.

The navigation takes you to the main parts of the site. Programs shows released projects, Sessions explains paid session availability, Reviews contains real feedback, Support lists official ways to contribute, and News records visible changes.

FIND YOUR WAY

You do not need to learn the whole site at once

If you came for a program, open Programs. If you want to know what a session involves, open Sessions. If you already have an account, Account is where your licences, security, profile, progress and cosmetics live.

On a phone, open the Menu button to see the same main destinations. The Wiki search looks through both topic names and the words inside each guide, so a simple search such as “download”, “hide profile” or “wheel” is usually enough.

PROGRAMS

Free and paid programs

Each program card tells you whether it is released and which platform it uses. A project page gives you a readable overview, version information and the official itch.io link. itch.io remains the main home for downloads and full project-specific details.

Free programs do not need a Nemes1s licence. Paid programs can be attached to your Nemes1s account after a verified itch.io purchase, an approved manual grant, or an eligible exact Throne purchase. A licence belongs to the account, not to a display name, so changing your profile name cannot transfer ownership.

PROGRAM PAGES

What to check before downloading

1. Read the opening description. It explains the purpose and tone of the program.
2. Read every warning and requirement. Some programs open links, play media, change desktop content or create many windows.
3. Check the version. Compare the website version with the copy you already have.
4. Check Access and Delivery. Access says whether a licence is required. Delivery identifies the official download source.
5. Read the changelog. Do this before replacing a working copy.

DOWNLOADS

Download, extract and run a Windows program

1. Open Programs, choose the program, then use its official itch.io link.
2. Download the ZIP or EXE into a folder you can find, normally Downloads.
3. If it is a ZIP, right-click it in File Explorer and choose Extract all.
4. Open the extracted folder. Do not run the EXE from inside the ZIP preview.
5. Keep the folder together because files beside the EXE may be required.
6. Read the project-specific instructions, then open the launcher or EXE they name.

LICENCES

Paid access follows your account

A licence is the server record that connects a paid program to your Nemes1s account. That makes sharing a copied key less useful and lets you recover access on another approved device. Ownership may come from itch.io verification, an automatic eligible Throne purchase, or a manual grant such as a gift card.

Sign in to the correct Nemes1s account before claiming. A device approval authorizes that installation; it does not move the licence away from your account. Revoking a device removes that device’s access while leaving ownership intact.

CLAIM A PAID PROGRAM

If an itch.io purchase is missing from your account

1. Sign in to the Nemes1s account that should own the program. Do not continue in a different browser profile that is signed into another account.
2. Open Account → Ownership, choose Ownership, and find the program.
3. Choose the itch.io purchase-claim action. Open the private itch.io download page from your purchase email or itch.io library.
4. Paste the full private download URL or only its download key. Never post this value publicly because it grants access to the itch.io files.
5. Submit once and wait for the result. If ownership becomes Active, refresh the program card before trying again.

APPROVE A WINDOWS PROGRAM

What “Connect this PC” actually does

Approval connects one installed copy to the signed-in account. It does not purchase the program and it does not start the experience automatically.

1. Open the downloaded program on the Windows PC you want to authorize.
2. Choose Connect this PC. The program creates a short-lived request and opens your default browser.
3. In that browser, check the account name and email. If it is the wrong account, sign out before approving.
4. Check that the page names the expected program and device, then choose Approve.
5. Return to the Windows program. Wait a few seconds or use its refresh control if one is shown.
6. Choose Launch program. Approval and launch are intentionally separate actions.

WINDOWS PATHS

How to open a path shown in a program guide

1. Copy the complete path, including the percent signs around variables such as %LOCALAPPDATA%.
2. Press Windows key + R to open Run, or click the File Explorer address bar.
3. Paste the path and press Enter. Windows expands %LOCALAPPDATA% to your own local application-data folder.
4. If the final part is a file such as launcher.log, open the containing folder first if Windows cannot open the file directly.
5. When Support asks for logs, send only the named log files. Do not send licence-state files, tokens or private download URLs.

ACCOUNTS

Create, finish and protect your account

1. Open Create account and create the account with email/password, Google or Discord.
2. Verify the email address and finish onboarding.
3. Open Account → Security and add authenticator 2FA.
4. Review Devices and Sessions. Remove anything you do not recognize.
5. Add a second working sign-in method before disconnecting an old provider.

Account also contains Ownership, notifications, profile visibility, progress, cosmetics and security controls.

CONNECTIONS

Connected identity is not the same as a public social link

Google and Discord can be used from the main sign-in page. X is currently available as an optional identity you connect from inside Account; it is not shown as a main sign-in button. The Supabase X provider exists to make that secure account connection possible.

Connecting X does not post, follow, like or send messages for you. Your public X handle is a separate profile field. Keep at least one working sign-in method attached before removing another one.

SECURITY

Keep control of your account

Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication if you sign in with a password. Review browser sessions and approved program installations you no longer recognize. Never send anyone a password, two-factor code, program credential, raw licence key or private download link.

A display name is not proof of identity. Permanent account IDs, unique public handles, verified sign-in sessions and server-side ownership records are used where identity matters.

THRONE

Buy an eligible program through Throne

1. Sign in at Account → Throne & progress and open the Throne purchase area for the program.
2. Copy the unique purchase code shown there.
3. Open the exact Throne gift linked by Nemes1s.
4. Use the exact displayed price and currency. Do not send anonymously.
5. Paste the purchase code into the gift message and complete the purchase once.
6. Wait for Fulfilled, then refresh Ownership.

PROGRESS

XP, levels and achievements

XP records verified participation rather than simply rewarding the largest amount spent. Current levels are Visitor, Noob, Admirer, Follower, Subject, Devotee and Owned. Your Account shows the exact XP needed for the next level.

Achievements mark specific milestones. Objectives are temporary or personal goals with their own progress and rewards. They remain part of personal progress even though Objectives completed is no longer a public leaderboard category.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Milestones you keep

Achievements mark a specific verified moment, such as reaching a send milestone, building a streak or earning a leaderboard placement. Once unlocked, they remain in your history even if a later ranking changes.

An achievement can award XP, Empire Coins or a cosmetic when that reward is configured. The date on a public achievement is the date it was earned, not a repeating daily score.

EMPIRE COINS

A reward currency for account cosmetics

Empire Coins are earned inside Nemes1s and spent in the cosmetic shop. They are not real money, cannot be withdrawn, and do not unlock paid programs. Buying adds a cosmetic to your collection; equipping chooses which owned cosmetic is currently active.

Cosmetics can include wheel skins, profile presentation and future visual themes. If you equip another item of the same type, the old one stays owned and can be equipped again later.

COSMETICS

Owning and equipping are two different actions

Buying or unlocking an item adds it permanently to your collection. Equipping makes it the active item for that category. You can equip one wheel skin, one profile frame, one profile accent, one profile title and one theme at a time.

Changing one category should not reset the others. Profile frames change the avatar edge, accents change the larger profile presentation, and titles add a visible label near the display name. Wheel skins change the canvas itself, not only the shop preview.

WHEELS

Four wheels, different outcomes

Brokie contains free or low-effort tasks. Small, Medium and Large move through increasingly expensive outcomes, with some results sending you to the next wheel. The selected result appears after the animation with the action you need to complete.

A wheel skin changes only the appearance. It never changes entries, odds or the selected result. Original is available by default; other owned skins can be equipped from the Account shop.

WHEEL RESULTS

What happens after the wheel stops

The result panel names the outcome and gives you the relevant action. Brokie discoveries remain hidden until you land on them. A “Go to the next wheel” result changes the active wheel instead of opening an unrelated payment link.

The paid wheels show the amount attached to the item you landed on. The visual skin cannot influence that choice: selection uses the same random result logic for every skin.

LEADERBOARD

Compare progress without losing privacy

The leaderboard can rank verified accounts by linked total, send count, longest streak, achievements, XP, recent sends and rank improvement. Currency selection converts money totals for viewing; it does not rewrite the original signed records.

Your position is highlighted when you are signed in, even if it falls outside the visible top rows. Participation is enabled by default after linking, but you can opt out or change how your name and profile appear.

PUBLIC PROFILES

A profile you choose to share

A public profile can show your avatar, biography, unique handle, permanent N1 identity code, social links and selected progress. The N1 code helps distinguish people who choose the same display name. A crown or top placement is based on verified ranking data, not the name shown on the page.

Your handle must be unique because it is part of the profile URL. Display names stay flexible and can be shared by more than one person.

PRIVACY

Choose what other people see

You can make the whole profile private, leave the leaderboard, mask your display name, appear as an anonymous member, remove the profile link, or independently hide supporter details such as a total, rank or Throne username. These choices hide public presentation without deleting private account history.

NOTIFICATIONS

Updates that belong to your account

Account notifications can cover security activity, supporter events, level changes, achievements and ranking milestones. Email and Discord delivery are separate choices where available. Review notification preferences from Account rather than relying on browser pop-ups alone.

SESSIONS

Before requesting a session

The Sessions page explains current availability, boundaries, payment expectations and preferred contact methods. Sessions are paid, length varies, and Discord is generally the clearest place to discuss one. Read that page before messaging so both sides know what is and is not offered.

REVIEWS

Feedback from previous experiences

The Reviews page is a visual gallery of submitted feedback. Select an image to open the larger view. Reviews provide context, but program requirements and current policies should always be checked on their own pages because they can change after a review was written.

SUPPORT

Use an official contact or payment link

Open Support. The Support page lists current official methods, including supported payment or contribution links. Copy addresses only from that page and verify them before sending. For account or licence trouble, describe the program, the action you tried, the time, and the exact error message. Never include a secret key or password.

LANGUAGES & ACCESS

Use the site in the way that suits you

The language selector is shared across the site and remembers your choice in this browser. English is the fallback when a newer sentence has not been translated yet. The current choices are English, French, Spanish, German and Korean.

Main controls are designed for keyboard use as well as mouse or touch. On smaller screens, cards and navigation stack vertically. If text is cut off after resizing, refresh once and report the page, device width and a screenshot through Support.

Know what changed

News / Updates covers site-wide changes. Program-specific versions and release notes appear on each project page. Free and paid programs can both receive version updates, although the timing and scope depend on the individual project.

The sum of verified Throne activity attributed to an account.

The server record that says an account may use a paid program.

A package fingerprint used to detect an incomplete or unexpectedly changed managed download.

XADWARE

Install, approve and launch XAdWare

1. Open XAdWare program page and read the full description and warnings.
2. Confirm XAdWare is Active in Account → Ownership.
3. Open its private itch.io delivery page and download the package.
4. Extract it and open the launcher from the extracted folder.
5. When the browser opens, sign in to the owning account and approve this installation.
6. Return to XAdWare and press Launch program. Approval alone does not start it.

Later launches reuse the approved installation but still require an online licence check.

SUBWARE

Install and run the complete SubWare session

1. Open SubWare program page and read the roleplay messages, links, local content and stop instructions.
2. Confirm SubWare is Active in Account → Ownership.
3. Download the official Windows file from the private itch.io delivery page.
4. Move it to the folder where you want to keep it. Do not run it from a ZIP preview.
5. Open SubWare. On first launch, approve the computer, return to the program, and press Launch program.
6. Continue through the sequence, choose the EdgeWare intensity, then launch EdgeWare.

PURCHASE STATUS

What happens after a Throne purchase

Pending means Nemes1s is still waiting for the matching signed event. Expired means the deadline passed; the old code cannot grant ownership, so create a fresh request before buying. Fulfilled means the event matched and ownership was granted. If an itch.io delivery key was temporarily unavailable, ownership remains valid and the next imported key can be assigned automatically.

Refresh Account after fulfilment. If the status still looks wrong, send Support the program name and approximate purchase time, never the private key.

ACCOUNT RECOVERY

Keep more than one safe way back in

A verified email is the base of the account. Google, Discord and X connections can provide additional identity routes, but you should not disconnect your last working method. If you lose access, use the normal password-reset flow or contact Support from the verified address.

COSMETIC SLOTS

Each cosmetic changes a different part

A frame surrounds the profile avatar. An accent changes the banner, lighting and profile-card treatment. A title adds a badge beside the name. A wheel skin changes the wheel artwork while keeping the same outcomes and odds.

Only one item can be active in each slot, but equipping a new one does not remove anything you own.

REPORTING A PROBLEM

Give Support enough information to reproduce it

1. Name the exact page, account section or program.
2. Write what you clicked, in order. Include the label of the button or field rather than saying only “it did not work”.
3. Copy the complete visible error message and error code exactly.
4. Give the approximate local time and your browser or Windows version.
5. For a visual or layout problem, attach a screenshot that includes the broken area and the surrounding page.
6. For a program failure, attach only the specific diagnostic log named by its guide.

A useful opening message is: “On [page/program], I clicked [control]. I expected [result], but saw [exact error] at about [time]. I already tried [steps].”

VERIFIED CONNECTIONS

What the verified mark actually proves

A verified mark beside a social link means that provider is connected to the same signed-in Nemes1s account. It does not mean Nemes1s endorses everything the person says, and it is different from typing a social username into a profile field.

The mark is calculated on the server from connected identity providers. Email addresses and provider account IDs are never placed on the public profile.

FIRST THRONE PURCHASE

You can buy before linking Throne

Start from the signed-in Nemes1s Account and create the program's one-time purchase code. A matching non-anonymous gift can both grant ownership and connect that Throne username to the account. You do not need a separate Throne-link step first.

If that Throne username is already connected to another Nemes1s account, it cannot be silently moved. Contact Support instead of buying anonymously or reusing somebody else's code.

ITCH.IO KEYS

A private download link is a key

Bulk itch.io keys are usually exported as complete private download URLs. The secret part after /download/ grants access to that project's uploaded files, so treat the whole URL like a password and never paste it into a public message.

Nemes1s stores protected key material for delivery and shows only a short suffix in logs. A key for another itch.io game, a revoked key or a mistyped link cannot unlock the selected program.

DELIVERY STOCK

Ownership and a delivery key are related, but not identical

A verified purchase can grant account ownership even when the program's key pool has run out. In that case the licence remains valid and delivery waits for a fresh key. The owner receives an alert and the Admin pool marks the program as needing attention.

Once new keys are imported, waiting purchases can receive one without asking the buyer to purchase again.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

Descriptions should be readable, not one long wall

Program pages preserve real line breaks and turn dash-led text into lists. Use a short opening summary, then headings such as “What it does”, “Included files”, “Requirements” and “Disclaimers”. Put each list item on its own line beginning with a dash.

The complete itch.io page is still the source for project-specific details, warnings and downloads.

WHEEL COLLECTION

Discover every hidden Brokie result

Each distinct Brokie segment is revealed when the wheel lands on it. Discovering the full set while signed in unlocks the Full Wheel achievement, 250 XP and 100 Empire Coins. The award is one-time and cannot be multiplied by clearing browser storage.

PROFILE COSMETICS

Frames, accents and titles have separate jobs

Frames strongly reshape and light the avatar edge. Accents change the whole public-profile card, banner and colour treatment. Titles appear as a distinct badge beside the identity. Equip them in the shop, then open your public profile to see the combined loadout.

If the shop says Equipped but the public profile does not change after one refresh, report the cosmetic name and profile URL; do not buy it again.

ACCOUNT OR PROFILE?

Your account is private; your profile is the part you publish

Your account holds sign-in methods, licences, devices, progress and privacy choices. A public profile shows only the pieces you deliberately make visible. Hiding the profile does not delete ownership or progress.

PROGRAM OWNERSHIP

Three routes can lead to the same permanent entitlement

An eligible itch.io key, an exact Throne purchase or an administrator grant can attach a paid program to your account. The source is recorded for support and auditing, but every active entitlement is checked against the same account and device rules.

TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

An extra check for sensitive account actions

Two-factor authentication uses an authenticator app code after your normal sign-in. Enabling it remains visible in your security history, but it is not treated as an owner email emergency. Store recovery information somewhere safe and never share a current code.

SECURITY HISTORY

History and urgent alerts are not the same thing

Routine events help you understand account changes later. Email alerts are reserved for changes or failures that deserve immediate attention, such as suspicious activity or missing paid-program delivery stock.

PURCHASE CODES

A code is offered only when the account still needs the program

The Throne shop hides programs the signed-in account already owns. A pending code expires and cannot grant another copy after ownership is fulfilled. Refresh Account if a purchase completed in another open tab.

PROFILE EFFECTS

Cosmetics decorate the profile instead of changing its facts

Frames add animated avatar effects, accents decorate the full card, and titles add a visible identity badge. They do not change rank, verification or permissions. Motion follows the browser's reduced-motion preference.

NAMES AND IDENTITY

The name you display is not used to decide ownership

Several people may choose the same display name. The unique public handle, permanent N1 identity code, connected-provider mark and immutable account UUID distinguish accounts where it matters.

ADULTS ONLY

Why the site asks your age

Nemes1s contains adult themes and is intended only for adults. The age gate appears before the main content and the choice is remembered locally in that browser.
