1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern nemes1s.com, Nemes1s accounts, public profiles, connected providers, optional notifications, program ownership claims, devices, cloud saves and related services. By creating or using an account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice in the version shown when you accept them.
2. Adults only
Accounts and account-linked services are for adults aged 18 or older. They are available worldwide only where the user may lawfully access and use them. If credible information shows that a user is under 18, the account may be permanently banned and relevant identifiers may be placed on a security blacklist to prevent repeated registration.
3. Account registration and security
You must keep a usable verified email address and at least one working login method. You are responsible for protecting passwords, authentication factors, connected accounts, recovery access and authorized program installations. Do not share an account or let another person use your login or licensed access.
Accounts that never verify their email are automatically removed seven days after signup. Verify before the deadline to keep the account.
Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Nemes1s may revoke sessions, disconnect providers, block devices or temporarily restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate or protect the service.
4. Public profiles and conduct
Profile handles, display names, avatars, biographies and other public content must be respectful and must not impersonate another person. Political or religious campaigning, suicide or self-harm encouragement, slurs, abusive or offensive content, unsolicited advertising, unlawful sexual content, and graphic extreme content such as blood or body carving are not permitted. Illegal sexual content includes material involving minors, incest or zoophilia.
A warning may be issued when appropriate. Serious, repeated or deliberate violations may result in suspension, permanent banning and blacklisting.
5. Connected services
Google, Discord and X connections are provided through their own services and terms. Connecting a provider does not enable optional messages. A verified email remains required even when X, Google or Discord is used to sign in. Bluesky may be stored only as a profile handle and is not a login method.
6. Optional communications
Program-release, link-publication, website-update and social-post messages are optional, disabled by default and controlled separately for email and Discord. Required verification, recovery, security, purchase, license and service messages are not optional promotional messages.
7. Program purchases and account-bound claims
A supported itch.io download key may be submitted once. After server-side verification, the matching program ownership is attached to the Nemes1s account that claimed it. The same key cannot be claimed by another account, transferred, resold or reused. Claiming on the wrong account should be reported immediately for manual review; correction is not guaranteed and requires proof.
The account receives the right to use the program under these Terms. The program may contact Nemes1s servers at launch and during use to confirm ownership, device status and sanctions. The purchase key and server secrets must never be embedded in the program.
8. Device policy
Unless a product states otherwise, a paid Windows program may be active on up to two desktop-class devices. Desktop computers and laptops are the same device class. A virtual machine counts as another desktop device. Mobile devices do not consume a Windows-program slot unless a future product explicitly supports them.
A user may perform up to three self-service device removals in a rolling 30-day period. After removing a device, a replacement desktop may be subject to a 24-hour waiting period. Nemes1s may reset limits manually after reasonable proof of repair, replacement or a mistaken device record. Device rules may be tightened temporarily during a sharing or fraud investigation.
9. Manual purchases, gifts and entitlements
Purchases made outside itch.io may be granted manually after proof is reviewed. Gifts or complimentary access may be granted permanently or until a stated expiry date. Every manual grant, expiry, revocation and restoration is recorded in an administrative audit log.
Native paid links and the iPhone Shortcut may be purchased through an exact Throne item and one-time code, or granted after a manual payment is confirmed. Private delivery destinations are released only to an account with an active entitlement.
10. Refunds, payment disputes and revocation
A refunded, reversed or chargeback purchase may cause the related entitlement and authorized devices to be revoked automatically after the purchase status is rechecked. For payment problems, contact support@nemes1s.com, Discord @33nms, or X @EmpressN3m3s1s and include the payment email, payment code and initials. Contacting support first is recommended, but nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections.
11. Support, updates and discontinued versions
Reasonable account and program help is available through support@nemes1s.com and Discord @33nms. Continuous updates, compatibility fixes or a particular response time are not promised. A program is not intentionally discontinued without leaving an available version where technically and legally practical, but an older version may become outdated or incompatible.
12. Cloud saves
A product may optionally store small JSON save files in the Nemes1s cloud. Limits are shown for the product. Cloud saves are not a general file-storage service and should not contain secrets or unlawful content. Account deletion removes account-linked cloud saves from the active database, subject to temporary backups, security holds and legal retention described in the Privacy Notice.
13. Prohibited technical activity
Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape, inject malicious content, evade rate limits, brute-force accounts, tamper with license checks, reuse or distribute purchase keys, reverse engineer security or licensing controls, falsify purchases, manipulate device identifiers, share installed program files, or interfere with other users. Reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, reusing keys, sharing accounts, or enabling unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. Enforcement, fraud signals and appeals
Suspicious sharing, repeated device changes, impossible access patterns, refund signals, key reuse or other evidence may cause temporary restriction while logs are reviewed. Automated signals are not intended to be the sole basis for permanent punishment. Depending on severity and history, action may include a warning, device block, entitlement disablement, account suspension, permanent ban or blacklist.
An appeal may be sent to support@nemes1s.com, Discord @33nms, or X @EmpressN3m3s1s. The user may be asked for an explanation, purchase proof and relevant device information. The decision may be reviewed against account, security, purchase and license logs.
15. Intellectual property and personal licence
The website, branding, original text, designs and programs remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A purchase or grant provides only a personal, non-transferable right to use the relevant program. It does not transfer source code, trademarks, redistribution rights or permission to provide access to another person.
16. Availability, changes and contact
The service is provided with reasonable care but cannot be guaranteed uninterrupted, error-free or immune from every security incident. Product and account features may change. Material Terms changes will be dated and may require renewed acceptance. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Moderation may include a warning, temporary timeout, suspension, permanent ban, or blacklist depending on severity and evidence.
